Initial Consultation and Key Pickup: Includes free key pickup/drop-off; regular visit fee applies if keys are not collected during the initial consultation.

Regular Updates: Receive regular updates with photos or videos of your cat via email, text, or WhatsApp at no extra charge.

Medication Administration: Free administration of various medications, including insulin shots and glucose tests for your cat's health needs.

Weekends or Holiday Visits: Enjoy our services with no additional charges for weekend or statutory holiday visits.

Nail Clipping: No additional charges for nail clipping to keep your cat comfortable

Emergency Vet Visit or Wellness Check: One complimentary emergency vet visit per cat or a same-day wellness check is included at no extra charge.

Additional Services: We offer to pick-up your mail, water plants, and feed your outdoor cats, birds, and squirrels.

ZONE 1- REGULAR 30 minute visit - 25$ per visit
ZONE 1- PREMIUM 45 minute visit - 32$ per visit
* Daily visits are required * Regular visits: maximum of 3 cats per household * Premium visits: for households with 4 cats or more * Two regular 30-minute daily visits are available only in the West Island, at a flat rate regardless of the number of cats * Morning visits will fall between 7-9 am; afternoon visit between 3-5 pm * Regular visits are scheduled according to our daily route, without specific time choices at approximately same time daily to maintain stability and routine for your cat
ZONE 2- REGULAR 30 minute visit - 28$ per visit
ZONE 2- PREMIUM 45 minute visit - 34$ per visit
Two daily visits are available only in the West Island * Daily visit required

CANCELLATION POLICY
Book with confidence; there is no cancellation fee!
**Please note that there are no additional fees for service date changes and/or cancellation if cancelled or changed PRIOR to first visit. There will be no refunds or credits after our first day of service.
PAYMENT POLICY
- Payment is due on the first day of service
- No deposit is required
- All prices are subject to change without notice

If free parking is not available, a parking fee will be added to the regular service charge

PLEASE NOTE:
- Daily visits are required with no exceptions
- Two daily visits are available only in the West Island. Morning visits will fall between 7-9 am; afternoon visits will fall between 3-5 pm
- Deadline for Christmas holiday reservations (December 20 – January 4, 2025) is December 1, 2025.
No reservations will be accepted after December 1, 2025. This applies to both regular and new clients.
